I am going through a course of facial peels with some dermafusion and HIFU. I am also using the PCA Skin products at home. My skin is so much brighter, smoother and even in tone. I’ve still got 5 more sessions to go. Over the last few months I have seen Poppy, Grace, Sara, Hannah and Gemma. All of them have been extremely knowledgable, friendly and understanding. Whatever your skin issues are I can highly recommend Cheek. I will be booking a body programme once this facial one is finished. Excellent experience!

I have had Yuan Shi Dian a few times now and each time have been really pleased with the experience. From start to finish Shofna made me feel at ease, explained the treatment and what I should expect and has guided me through my recovery process, often going above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations to promote healing. The treatment is very restorative and grounding, I always feel a huge sense of relief, my body and mind always feel lighter. I have less pain and feel boosted following the treatment; particularly after receiving infrared light therapy and cupping. Shofna is truly an exceptional practitioner, she has understood what my body needs in a way other medical specialists have not; I can’t recommend Shofna highly enough.

After hearing good things about red light therapy for a long standing eczema condition (as well as TSW, from steroid cream), I tried CHEEK after a google search. I was a little skeptical, but after a consultation, Gemma’s knowledge of the treatment id require really impressed and comforted me. I received a short trial of the therapy and noticed a small improved difference immediately. I look forward to the course and recommend the clinic to anyone interested in results.

My daughter suffers from hormonal acne which was resistant to generic creams and cleansers. It was worsening each month make up didn’t cover it and she was becoming anxious about going out.
Gemma has treated her kindly and sensitively, always mindful of my daughters young skin - she has regularly reviewed the protocol and over 3 courses of treatment has reduced and eventually eliminated the acne and is now successfully treating the tiny amount of scarring left behind. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Gemma and her team.

I had a full body massage today with Poppy, who is just lovely and made me feel at ease immediately. You can feel Poppy really cares about her clients’ experience and comfort through her touch. The pressure and pace of her massage was literally like Goldilocks’ porridge - just right!

Best place, they do a big variety of treatments and they all work wonders. In the middle of doing laser hair removal and after 2 sessions is absolutely life changing. The girls are very friendly too and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

If you have a genuine medical problem with your skin (like acne) and you’re looking for help, go to a qualified dermatologist instead and save your money.
Although some members of the team care about the client (who are also no longer working there), others staff are more concerned about the sale. For experiences with the later, my face wasn’t cleaned properly between treatments I felt pressured to have. I have been left with extensive boxcar acne scarring due to painful extractions other, more caring members of the team handled with care. For context, I have never experienced boxcar scarring previously to seeing some of the staff here.
At the time of purchasing one of their courses of treatment, nowhere on their website or app specified about a refund policy. After around a year, I’m still waiting to hear back about approx. £600 as I had to stop attending for medical reasons. This may have been a blessing in disguise.
Be mindful they’re a service who needs sales to survive, and for some people the commission is more important than looking after the client’s best interest.

I was recommended for laser treatment here late last year. After two sessions of my purchased course, I can already see a difference in hair reduction and am so pleased with the results. I was a new client and was going to have a facial and LED Therapy. I was taken upstairs and Sara talked me through what was going to happen. Afterwards, my skin felt soft and was glowing and I felt very relaxed..I would recommend this salon, and I will definitely be returning there.
