All advance-purchase treatment courses, including but not limited to skin, body and laser treatment packages, are strictly non-refundable. Once a course has been purchased, no refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or transfers to another individual will be permitted under any circumstances.
All courses are issued to the named client only and must be used in accordance with the recommended treatment plans and timelines advised by CHEEK Medispa at the time of consultation. Failure to complete treatments within the advised treatment period does not entitle the client to a refund, extension, or credit unless explicitly agreed in writing by CHEEK Medispa management.
Appointment rescheduling within a course is permitted, provided that the required notice period stated in our general cancellation policy is adhered to. However, rescheduling does not alter the non-refundable nature of the course purchase.
